"Worked very hard to get me the right deal"

I'm one of those people who hates shopping at a typical car dealership. Fortunately, these folks aren't "typical" in any way. I've bought several cars here over the years, starting with when they had the Saturn franchise. They've consistently offered reasonable prices and terms, with zero hassle and no haggling. This last time I walked in with a bit more of a financing challenge, but they worked hard to find very reasonable terms for me. This is the only place I'll buy a car.?

To start off let me say I hate the car buying process. It has always been a stressful process for me?that is until I worked with Tyson this past weekend. He was very helpful. He addressed all of my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. While Tyson was walking me through the warranty Ashley put together the paper work. Both Tyson and Ashley were a joy to work with!! When I left the car lot I had NO regrets about the car I purchased or where I purchased it. When I am ready to purchase another car I will start and probably end my search with VW Audi Boise.

I had the opportunity to work with Sa'id at Boise Volkwagen Audi to buy a used Jeep Commander. I had a set of special challenges including some special financing needs, and even a death in the family during the process. Sa'id and the staff at Boise Volkwagen Audi were very professional and compassionate during that difficult time. They were patient and helpful, and listened to all my concerns and questions. The clearly present how the process works with them, and made the car buying process one less thing I would have to worry about during a difficult time. "Love the free carwash!!!"

I had my oil changed on my volkswagen recently and was very impressed. Besides the great price on a synthetic oil change the staff was friendly and they washed my car! The car wash was great after a camping trip, they even got my rims cleaned. i will be going back for future services.

"very good buying experience"

I had been out to a couple of dealerships over the last few days looking for a new car and had been expecting all the games and got them, the ususal shennigans, and did not think it would be any different with these guys. Tyson helped me out, gave me this line about how things were different there and to be honest I really did not believe him. He was really straight forward with me, recommended a couple of different cars, and I finally ended up looking at BMW and an Audi that was certified (what ever that means). After driving them both I had to go with the Audi simply because how totally sweet the ride was. Tyson also did a great job explaining the difference between the Quattro system that Audi uses and regular AWD in other cars. Tyson also explained to me in great detail what a Certified PreOwned car was, it made total sense to go with a CPO car. We went inside, and without any games or any of the other crap got me a payment about $30 a month less than what I had originally budgeted for. I love my my Audi, Tyson was great and I would definately send my friends to see Tyson. Thanks again....JC
